technographics.ai is a technographic data platform. It profiles the technologies and products a company uses, derived from publicly available signals (DNS records, public websites, and public web sources), and makes that information available through our web interface and API.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under it. Each account belongs to an organization (your workspace); you are responsible for the members you invite.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or quotas; resell or redistribute the Service’s output except as expressly permitted by your plan; use the Service to violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law; or attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

4. Data and ownership

Technographic data. The technology profiles produced by the Service are factual information about companies, compiled from public sources. As between you and us, we own the compiled profiles, the aggregate dataset, and all derived data, and may store, improve, and commercialize them. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the results returned to you for your internal business purposes, subject to your plan.

Usage data. We collect and own data about how the Service is used (including the domains you query and your activity), which we use to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data. You retain ownership of the account information and any content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Service.

5. Plans, fees, and limits
